If you’re a lover of trekking, walks, Mountain Bike and everything that concerns the outdoor world in the mountains, our Valley will not disappoint you. For that reason, the endless tours, via Ferratas of Pale di San Martino, are added to a high number of paths, forest roads, cycles routes across all the valley, for every level of difficulty. In addition, in quality of host of our Hotel, you can join the different excursions with our guide every day.

Primiero Valley is well known by food lovers for its gastronomic offer: from traditional dishes which remember our tyrolean past like Spätzle and Canederli, to the typical Tosèlaa fresh cheese fried with butter. On the top of our gastronomic offer you‘ll find the Polentatill the delicious farm cheesesand in the end – even though the list would be much longer – the traditional desserts like Strudel and Smòrum. Also we, from the Eden Hotel, are a family of food lovers and the dishes of our Chef Simone are proof of that.
